Leading experience initiatives for multiple projects in the health sector, public sector, and core Sales Cloud product.
- Led the experience design of a customer-facing system for a major healthcare company. Including a native mobile app & quality assurance for over 300 accessibility issues.
- Conducted comprehensive user research, prototyped design solutions, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and product usability.
- Facilitated user feedback sessions, crafted comprehensive reports, and presented findings to leadership to secure funding for user-specific features.
- Worked on implementing new AI features into the Salesforce product. Also helped illustrate AI features in a presale's environment to sell to clients.
- Participated in the Accessibility Champion Program. Presented accessibility challenges and solutions related to Salesforce products. Engaged in discussions on enhancing accessibility features for core products.

- Introduced User Experience Principles to the company and installed UX deliverables into product timelines.
- Revamped the digital product QA reporting process and introduced full internal accessibility testing.
- Trained Developers, designers, & QA team on how to properly test for section 508 compliance.
- Gathered company-wide data for RFPs, translating technical documentation into layman’s terms.

Laid a national framework for amateur esports events.
- Scaled a local esports company to a national brand.
- Collected participant data to improve the overall player & spectator experience at all NSG events.
- Created and optimized a live broadcast system that only required 1 producer to execute a high quality live stream of NSG events.
- Managed multiple teams — Broadcast Production & Design.
- Designed an event listing Wordpress plug-in — made it easier for participants to find events, but also could be content managed by any employee in the company.
- Used internal data and external data to launch new NSG events.

2013-2017
User Experience & Accessibility Leader
Selected to help build Prudential Retirement’s first UX Team.
- Operated across multiple departments — trained employees on the importance of UX & Accessibility. Also acted as the main point of contact for any UX related questions or problems.
- Designed a user friendly and WCAG AA compliant templating system for over 300 client sites.
- Participated in the complete redesign of
prudential.com — including user testing, user research, prototyping and hands on front-end coding. - Represented Prudential at numerous accessibility conferences. Presented technology and processes used to roll out an accessibility mandate through-out the whole corporation, in under one year.
- Create multiple digital products — Foundational planning, wireframing and prototyping. Following projects to the end, QA’ing and solving accessibility issues.
